Excellency on the question of delay in Pakistan Iran gas pipeline

First of all I welcome you all, as discussed earlier regarding the Pak Iran gas pipeline Iran has done his part, Iranian side has bring the gas pipeline near the Pak Iran border site, now Iran is waiting that our Pakistani friends should play their role, and complete their side of work, and make sure the implementation of the agreement between the two sides, the main thing is the completion of infrastructure , pricing and other related things are trivial we may solve them later, discussion at a very high and been held sometime back and let me assure you that both sides are very serious to finalize this project and soon, anyways energy plays pivotal role in the development of any country, and vital for the industrial growth, and I think it’s in the mutual interest of both countries, we are exporting 100 MW electricity to Pakistan, negotiation are underway for export of another 100 MW and we have the readiness to export another 500 MW electricity to Pakistan, about two months ago energy minister of Pakistan Mr. Khurran dastagir has visited` Tehran, it was a fruitful visit, where many bilateral discussions took place and I am hopeful that you will see good results in the coming future.

On Economic Relations

Iran is very much desirous to further enhance the economical relation between two countries, but unfortunately they are not at level where they supposed to be, one major reason are the brutal sanctions from American side on Iran, and due that there is no proper banking channel system between both countries, and both have very little financial cooperation, these brutal sanctions are one sided from USA side, and this creates some barriers for the fiends of Iran who are willing to increase the bilateral relations with Iran, but still we are very much optimistic that we will further enhance the bilateral relations between both countries, and economical and trade relations among both countries are slowly but steadily underway, we are hopeful that both countries via discussion and consultations will overcome all such obstacles through legal means. One such solution is in the barter trade mechanism between the two countries, and both countries are working on this issue very seriously, and moreover the trade relations between the two countries are enhancing under the barter trade mechanism, one very important point I want to bring under your notice that there are no sanctions of gas exports and both countries can get benefits from this, and may I add that the economic growth of both countries is beneficial for both countries not competitive, one example I want to give that in reply of gas export to Pakistan Iran may import Rice meat and other agricultural commodities. One very major progress in the area of trade and economy is the opening of two new border crossings points at the borders, and joint border markets, that will further enhance the trade between the two countries, further I want to denote that from the past 70 years there was only one border point, but within the lastone and half year two more official points opened, both side also agreed to open six more border markets, and I am happy to let you know that out of six one market is been completed and In Sha Allah next month it will be inaugurated, this market is located at pishin- mand, Second border market which is located at Rimdan- Gabd is under development, and will be completed within few months, the third market which is in the pipeline and shall start operating at Chagi and Kohak border, and I am hopeful that it will be developed soon, and start benefitting both countries, I further extend that formation of such markets not only further enhance the security in the area but also stop the smuggling, and this also engender the job opportunities.

Tourism Enhancement between Iran and Pakistan

One very important subject, as you all aware that people of both countries are very close to each other culture wise and in other aspects, we can increase tourism between the two countries this will increase people to people contact, people of both countries can enjoy various kind of tourism, like Shrines ( Ziaarat) tourism, medical, industrial , healthcare tourism, moreover we have many archeological sites in both countries that may help. One important aspect that will increase tourism is to increase the number of flights, this will support the process also Last month we remain successful in arranging 21st joint economic commission session after a gap of 5 years, that was a big step in a sense that a comprehensive dialogue took place between the two countries, where we discussed the cooperation in the fields of trade and economy, and many other fields comes under discussion, most importantly many new opportunities engendered and I am very much optimistic that if we manage to materialize all these developments this will bring the relationship of the both countries to a new level.

Role of Private Sector in the enhancement of relations between the two countries

 One very important subject that can enhance the relations of both countries is private sector, we welcome Private Pakistani companies in Iran and offer them to invest at Chabahar free trade zone, as you know there are many facilities as this is a special trade zone, and Pakistani friends may be benefited from them. One very important step taken last month is the first Iran-Pakistan specialized exhibition, in this exhibition many knowledge based companies who are associated to economy participated, they engendered various aspects that may helps to further enhance the relationship of both countries.

In reply to the answer regarding Negev summit held in Israel  

You see we believe the main reason for this insecurity and unrest in the region of west Asia and in middle east is this racist Israeli regime , this extortionist regime through aggression, expansionisms moving forward, we believe this regime is supporting the ideology of Zionism, and expansionism, the main agenda of this Zionist state is to further enhance her influence in the Islamic countries, they unable to impose this agenda so far due to the resistance offered by the Muslim countries and some groups , USA and EU is supporting this regime to accomplish her objectives, they are striving hard to repress the main issue that is Palestine and for that reason they are trying to develop relations with some Islamic countries, or at least just for depiction. We Islamic republic of Iran consider this normalization or any agreement unilaterally or trilaterally in which Zionist regime is present as against Islamic ideology, we Islamic republic of Iran stress that Muslim countries to constrain themselves and not involve in any agreement or development of relations with Israel, we strongly believe that the Islamic countries are blessed with potential and resources and if we make use of them properly there is no room for any transregional interference and moreover this will stop this Zionist regime from expansionisms and racism.

I reiterate that wherever the Zionist state participated their presence only benefit themselves and have negative impact on Islamic states, it doesn’t matter if they come up with some very nice and attractive titles, like food insecurity or environment end of the day this Zionist state will try to accomplish their furtive objectives and Islamic republic of Iran is observing their moves very closely.

On the question of Iran Nuclear Deal

 Nuclear deal This is a very important topic, we are commencing forward very carefully, there is consensus on some points but Iran is stressing and demanding guarantee that US will not backup from the agreement again, See in the agreement of JCPOA there are different concerned sides, the moral obligations is all the sides must remain adherent and should respect the agreement but end of the day Iran remain the only side that follow the agreement, the officials of IAEA 15 times in their statement accept that Islamic republic of Iran is the only country that was obeying the agreement, it was mentioned in the agreement that Iran will set free from all barriers and Sanctions and allowed to trade deals and banking of obey the agreement, USA not only terminate the agreement but also put more sanctions and limitations on Iran, unfortunately European union also unable to fulfill any of her promises and follow the footsteps of USA, president Joe Biden also shown his intent during his election campaign to join back JCPOA and recently again he reiterate his willingness, but unfortunately may I say his policies , objective and performance are as same is trumps, but now the discussion are underway as the US announces that they are willing to join back the JCPOA and we welcome this, but now if all the parties agreed to join JCPOA before that all the barriers and sanctions on Iran must be lifted and we need strong assurance that US will not back down again, I think IAEA can play a pivotal role in this regards, IAEA should further develop relations with Iran’s nuclear program, though the organization already admitted that Iran remain adherent to this agreement, IAEA is willing to come up with new questions from two sources, one source is the Zionist regime, who is not even a member of NPT or adherent to any other International treaty , nor they accept any program, they don’t even bother to answer any of their questions, her main task is to stop materialization of this agreement, second source IAEA has is the terrorist group known as Mujahideen e khalaq, that kills more than17000 Iran’s people, this group was denoted as a terrorist group by EU, we desire that IAEA must develop strong unbiased, technical and transparent relations with Iran, I am optimistic that the present discussion will come up with some positive outcome so that the Islamic republic of Iran may be benefited from this.

On question of Bahrain willingness to import Israel’s Technology he replied:

I may say in any such agreement in which one side is this racist Zionist regime we will be averse of it, and development of any relationship with this Zionist state will not only against the regional countries include the Islamic ones but also against the interest of Iran.

Protest in Iran

This is a very important topic and I assure you that under the order of the president of Iran investigations are underway, speaker of national assembly, the local administration and judiciary is also very much concern with this, but as you understand the western US backed media is propagating against Iran they are trying to sabotage the process of justice, and presenting the actual facts in a distorted way, we strongly rejects the US interference in the Iran’s internal affairs under the umbrella of human rights, the western media tried to dilute the minds of Iran’s young generation so that they not only stand against their own state but protest and destroy governmental and private properties, and you may witness that there were slogans who does not match the incident, one absurdly funny thing about the US backed international media that they pretend that they are sympathetic and are adherent to the human right situation in Iran, which is absolutely wrong, do you think US have any interest over the human rights situation in Iran, as they are the ones who put sanctions on Iran to repress Iran and bring all the hardships on the people of Iran, point to be noted that during the pandemic times, they tried their utmost to stop any country to support Iran, and even don’t allow any medical help not even a single mask to reach Iran due to sanctions, so now how come they became champion of human rights, due to this brutal act of US we lost about 700 lives of children, women per day, we held US responsible for the death of thousands of children during pandemics and their families are very sad, we were moving in the right legal direction of justice, but this US backed international tried to creates havoc in the country by polluting the minds of our generation to destroy their own country sadly not only buildings but also Islamic archeological sites, including mosques, I request all the media of Pakistan to publish from the right source as US backed International media is on the mission to destroy the real face of Iran internationally and planning to insult the Islamic archeological sites present in both Iran and Pakistan,

Ambassador Views on Taliban Afghan Govt

As discussed with the officials of Afghanistan and the neighboring countries, and ask Talibs to fulfill their commitments which they made, we made it clear to Taliban govt that Iran will accept such government in Afghanistan that include all stake holders of Afghanistan and proper representation from all authentic groups of Afghanistan, this will guarantee the stability of the country and helps Afghanistan to develop, this is our joint stand with Pakistan, as the people of Afghanistan are in critical conditions we extend our support to afghan govt on humanitarian basis, ever since Talban’s came in power more people have migrated to Iran and there are more than 5 million afghan refugees in Iran, we believe that the unrest situation in Afghanistan will favor the non-state actors like Isis and terrorist groups in Afghanistan which is not acceptable for both Iran and Pakistan, we will continue our support at regional or international level that helps to settle the situation in Afghanistan , both Iran and Pakistan are in continuous dialogue to settle the situation in Afghanistan, we appreciate the initiative of Pakistan to arrange a meeting of regional countries to settle the situation in Afghanistan, and hosted one at Tehran.

Iran Stand on Kashmir

We are always of the view that Iran has the potential and relations with both India and Pakistan and we may use this potential positively to resolve the issue, and we strongly believe that Kashmiri nation must have the liberty to decide their fate, and should have the right both politically and as a nation as other nations of the world have, we always stressed that both nations are capable of nuclear attacks, and they must resolve the issue with positive diplomatic dialogue because any kind of conflict will results in irreversible destruction.

You should know that five sessions so far held at Iraq, which ends up positively and both countries agreed to further enhance the discussions and if the Iraqi govt agrees that the sixth session will be held soon, we believe that the good relations with Riaz and Tehran will have positive effect not only on regional countries but this will have very good potential for the regional and Islamic countries
